The partnership between Innova e Mediacom was signed

Yesterday the agreement that ratifies the partnership between Innova and Mediacom srl was signed. Another brick in the alliance strategy that Innova has finalised in recent weeks. Directors Andrea Di Pasquale and Giancarlo Russo met at the company headquarters to formalise this collaboration. Mediacom has important references in the Energy & Utilities sector, managing and all-round final user assistance, from Customer Care to credit collection, and Customer Satisfaction in compliance with what is set out by the Regulatory Authority for Energy Networks and the Environment. Combining Mediacom’s expertise in the sector and Innovambiente’s technological tools, the aim is to become the reference point for urban hygiene companies, which are increasingly sensitive to providing added-value services for citizens.
